Structure of Twin Track U Channels Roll Forming Machinery
This machine consists of 3 tons manually double head decoiler, chain driven transmission, forming rollers, mainframe (including guiding platform) and hydraulic cutting and plain run out tables.
Working Flow
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → rolling & forming→ hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
